Leisa Bilello is the Chief Administrative Officer of Avanti Wealth Management, where more than 30 years in financial planning have shaped her passion for creating an exceptional client experience and building a strong, collaborative team. She oversees the firm's day-to-day operations, ensuring the financial, tax, and legal teams work together seamlessly so clients experience one coordinated planning process rather than several disconnected ones.
Known for her attention to detail, organizational leadership, and heart for serving others, Leisa is committed to creating systems and processes that bring clarity, consistency, and confidence to both clients and the Avanti team.
Education & Experience
Throughout her career, Leisa has played an integral role in helping build Avanti Wealth Management into a firm centered on comprehensive, relationship-driven financial planning. Her experience spans nearly every aspect of the business, including client service, operations, workflow management, compliance coordination, human resources, technology implementation, and business development. She is passionate about creating efficient systems and processes that allow the team to serve clients with excellence while continually improving the firm's operations.
Leisa holds the Certified Productive Environment Specialist™, Masters™ (CPES) and Kolbe Certified™ Consultant designations. She also works closely with business owner clients to help them improve communication, strengthen operations, and build more productive businesses by applying the same proven organizational principles and process discipline she uses within Avanti.
Before entering the financial planning profession, Leisa trained in travel and hospitality, a background that continues to influence the welcoming culture of the firm today. It's one of the reasons the name "Avanti" –Italian for "come in" and "forward" – has always resonated with her. She believes every client relationship is a journey that deserves thoughtful guidance, genuine care, and a well-planned path ahead.

She and her husband, Joel, have built the firm together, and they enjoy watching the next generation become part of both their family legacy and the business. She treasures time spent with her children, grandchildren, extended family, and close friends, believing that life's greatest blessings are found in the relationships we invest in.
Outside the office, Leisa enjoys traveling, cooking, entertaining, and creating memorable experiences for the people she loves. Whether welcoming clients into the office or gathering family around the table, she believes hospitality, kindness, and genuine relationships are what make people feel truly cared for.
